Filing a complaint
AT&T has been charging me for a 3rd phone line for over 3 years, which is totally incorrect as I have only ever had two lines and never consented or approved a 3rd mystery line. I called customer service and got the complete run around, no help at all. Major fraud and gouging on this companie's part. Zero customer service to a patron of 20+ years.Terrible...beyond words.
I am going to file a major complaint about AT&T.
Is there an email to where I can send the complaint? If not, I will just get a (Edited per community guidelines) and the BBB to handle it for me.
