Filing a complaint

AT&T has been charging me for a 3rd phone line for over 3 years, which is totally incorrect as I have only ever had two lines and never consented or approved a 3rd mystery line. I called customer service and got the complete run around, no help at all. Major fraud and gouging on this companie's part. Zero customer service to a patron of 20+ years.Terrible...beyond words.

I am going to file a major complaint about AT&T.

Is there an email to where I can send the complaint? If not, I will just get a (Edited per community guidelines) and the BBB to handle it for me.

No, there is no email address. Also, per the terms and conditions you agreed to at activation IF YOU DISPUTE ANY CHARGES ON YOUR BILL, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING WITHIN 100 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE BILL OR YOU'LL HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE BILL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LEGAL ACTION RAISING SUCH DISPUTE. You have 100 days, not 3 years.

So three years later you're just now noticing?

You didn't by any chance take up a promotional phone deal three years ago did you?

As you see from the previous replies it was your responsibility to read your bill for accuracy and Report errors within a reasonable time. You will not get 3 years worth of refunds.
