Fees weren't disclosed

Was lied to by sales rep, they did not tell me anything about a service fee of $35 per line. I asked after the activation fee of $30 per line what will I pay because I wanted to know the bottom line. He lied, I sign and now I am sitting here with a bill for $363.94....................................


Their line fees cost as much as a whole phone plan on other carriers omg how do they get away with this..... I need to start recording my conversations with reps.

I will be canceling soon.

Hogwash....  just because you don’t understand the price structure does not support any misinformation from the sales rep.  

The published cost of the plan on the website will agree with your service costs.  The charges above that would be the cost of phones.

4 lines on the premium plan is $190.   That includes a plan price, plus $30 per line.
