Fed up of getting billed for international calls when I have international call blocked on my family plan.
I keep getting charged for international calls when I have international calling facility blocked on my family plan. This is not the first time this happened. This is probably the N-th time (so many times that my calls to ATT on this issue are probably more than calls to my family members).
I am really getting fed up.
In the past, I had to cancel my internet service with AT&T for getting charged extra few times. Now, this international call charges are making me think on the same lines of cancelling wireless service too. Not worth the hassle of checking every month and put extra time and effort in calling ATT to get this resolved.
Looking at the forum, looks like I am not the only one facing this issue. Management needs to step-in and making some serious changes to see that customers like do not face this issue again.

Well someone’s calling internationally correct. If your using WhatsApp to call international then if WhatsApp loses connection it reverts to cell. International blocking only stops calls being made via cell it doesn’t block a call in progress from reverting to cell. This has been a major issue with WhatsApp
