Family plan

I joined my friend's family plan, she and I both suspended our lines since we're not gonna be in the US for a while. However her line has been charged only for 10 dollars per month while my line is still being charged the regular amount after the suspension. Since I am out of the US right now I can't access the customer service line by phone and don't know who to look for to help solve my problem.

Simply suspending service does not stop or change being billed for it. To get the $10 rate, you must call and request a reduced rate suspension. You can try chat since you can’t call or contact the family plan owner and have them request the reduced rate suspension or have them unsuspend your line so that you can call.
