Extra Charge

In process of switching carriers to AT&T. Bought 3 new IPhone 12 pros and was charged $247.50 in wireless sales tax ($82.50 each). I am still waiting to receive 2 of the newly purchased phones through the mail prior to account activation. Looking at my bank statement tonight and I see an additional charge of $82.50 made in addition to the $247.50. Would anyone know what this would be? I did not purchase any other phones. I can't login to my AT&T account either because my account is not activated due to the phones still being in transit. Any help is appreciated.
