No need to export anything, just download the pdf file.

I downloaded the file but I want to SAVE it for my bookkeeping. I don’t want to keep coming back for it.

So go ahead and save it. Are you asking how to do that? There are multiple ways to save either to the device or to the cloud whether it’s icloud, Dropbox, one drive or some other cloud storage.

thank you for understanding!

Correction: the right question is:

How can I save it in my icloud or Dropbox?

We'll be happy to guide you in the right direction @Gracie_D.

These two Apple Support articles may be useful to you:

Transfer files between iPhone and your computer

Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iPhone

We hope this helps. If you require further guidance specifically about saving files to iCloud, you will need to reach out to Apple. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.

@Gracie_D  You can save it to Files either on device (iPad/iPhone) or iCloud. Other options is to print to a wireless printer, email to yourself and then print attachment or save attachment.
