Double Charge on ATT Unlimited Extra plan
2 Active lines that was recently upgraded from a Grandfathered Data plan to the new Unlimited Extra plan.
During plan upgrade -- added 3rd Line for a promo.
Phone arrived 4 days later -- decided to cancel 3rd line. And ship phone back.
-Changed mind again and decided I wanted the 3rd line after all - Signed up Online (for in Store Pickup) - activated -- but noticed after new phone plan was added to account. My account showed two separate Unlimited Extra plans.
How do I migrate 3rd line back to first "Unlimited Extra" plan and get rid of the 2nd Unlimited Extra plan?
I received an estimate from AT&T and its charging me twice for Unlimited Extra - when they should be all in the same plan.
