Don't believe what they tell you

Have been using att for about 5 years now.  Had the old unlimited plan that required direct tv connected to it.  Kept getting information about switching to the new unlimited data plan that it would be cheaper.  Went into my local store and was told yeah it will be 20.00 cheaper month.  Sweet ok, how much is it a month to add a tablet with unlimited data? (wife has been wanting one) 10.00 a month.  Got one for my wife and one for my brothers kids since they steal their phones all the time to use.  So 20.00 which they kept saying is about a wash but you may have to pay a little bit in taxes, fine with that around 448.00 even called att to verify this, they did.  With this upgraded my wife to a iphone 7 plus because they had a deal, you upgrade to Iphone 7 plus, you get a ipad for 100.00.  Was told her iphone 6 plus could be traded in to pay off the remainder of her balance on it. Before signing all the paperwork how much are the change fees going to be "Nothing sir".Signed on the line and this is where all the trouble began.

First off they double billed me for the ipad, was told about 184.00 with tax for the new phone got that charge and another 108.00 charge into my bank account.  Took talking to the people online and people in the store tell finally I got to the store manager.  I was refunded that money which besides a huge waste of my time it went ok.   Then received this months bill went from 443.00 to 621.00.  Change fees all over it first lie,  20.00 a tablet was told 10.00 which yeah you can get a 10.00 plan limited to 1GB per month, but was told 10.00 for the unlimited lie two,  my previous bill did not go down by 20.00 a month so with all the one time charges gone and with taxes I will pay 484.00 a month lie three.  They also used the traded in iphone 6 plus to pay for my Samsung which I only pay 20.00 a month for instead of the Iphone 6 plus itself which is a 25.00 a month charge lie four.

So thought maybe att will have some issues with all this contact customer support.  First guy can't do anything about any of the charges, finally transfers me to manager who does not give a crap.   Only response is I can return tablets as buyers remorse (more accurately bait and switch OR FRAUD)  and get some money back.    [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

He reached out to me for additional information informed me he couldn't fix it that I would need to get ahold of the store and I related the issues I was having with contacting this store.  Said he would attempt to reach out to the store then I didn't hear back.
