Does the Unified Billing Dept even exist?

After adding 3 new lines and Direct TV to my exisiting account I was unable to view my bill for 3 weeks due to "changes with your plan."  When the bill finally appeared, there were $60 in extra charges in addition to the $232 monthly bill .($218 + taxes)  Included in these extra, nebulous charges was a late fee!  For an account I couldn't access and a bill I'd never received.

 

I have logged over 21 calls and countless transfers trying to speak to someone about my unified bill.  This morning alone, 7 calls and 4 new numbers to try for unified billing.  I have been on hold on 2 phones for 60 minutes, so far ( I call on my cell and land line at the same time).  On other days, I've actuall had my phone battery die while I as on hold.  NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AT UNIFIED BILLING!

 

Can anyone help or direct me to the help I need?
