What a fantastic question! I will be more than happy to get the information for you!
With 3rd part applications such as Facebook messenger, and iMessage, they will show up on your phone bill as data. If the calls were made while connected to Wi-Fi, they won’t show up on your bill.
I hope this hope this information helps! Have a fantastic day!
@AprilJackson Facebook messenger calls are not on the bill at all. If the calls are placed using cellular data, then they will be included in a data entry on the bill but those data items on the bill only show how much data was used, not what used it and could be any app. There is nothing on the bill to identify a Messenger call.
This WiFi call is great - I get free WiFi on our upcoming cruise & should then be able to make calls - unless the ship blocks somehow - I know they usually block youtube, etc.
@jbm3238 Wifi calling works fine on a cruise ship. I would not expect any cruise lines to block it. Not sure what cruise line blocks youtube, the ones I’ve sailed on don’t.

Hi I have an iPhone 6s which is on a contract with family members .today I made a video chat via messenger, I think I was just on 4g
does this mean the person I called number will appear on my bill or will it just show as data usage as I'm panicking as I may not have been in wifi ,
