Does AT&T know their website is buggy and does not appear to be taking payments correctly? Have you guys been hacked?
I use Firefox browser:
1. I log in. I select I want to pay my bill. I get a white blank screen.
2. I log in. I select I want to manage my text-2-pay. I get a white blank screen.
I change to Google Chrome browser:
1. I log in. I select I want to view billing. I select I want to manage my text-2-pay. I get a white blank screen.
2. I use the back arrow to return to earlier screen. I select I want to pay my bill. Site takes my information, then shows I have a credit card on file the same last four numbers. I select edit to put in my security code. I select to pay my bill. No confirmation number shows up, the information disappears and I get a website similar to the earlier one but shortened. I use the back button. No change to my payment history.
