Does account credit apply to my payment due amout?

i have a credit on my account that is more than my payment due. Do I submit payment from the credit or will it submit automatically?

If you have a credit your balance will automatically be decreased by the amount of the credit.

I had a credit when I switched from 60 plan just paid for 57.29 but downgraded to the 45. I never was credited. Then restarted back to 60 plan before month was up. Again never credited. Estimated amount $10.00 when will I see a credit? Or can it be placed back on my checking account that you folks have on file?
