Dissatisfied customer

Just 36 hours out of hospital after a month with a respirator in my throat  my phone service that was supposed to be grouped with my att Direct TV  bill  evidently wasn't  so they shut my phone service off I called the wireless rep. And was told that it never did get grouped  and that even though this was basically the salesman fault.and that I couldn't make the arrangment to pay what was behind so I could have my phone to take care of my recovery treatments which I was going to pay  with guess what the Dtv bill. oh all things  so at this point I am cancelling the dtv and I am sure there are other carriers that really do care about their customers I will hopefully have rin down away by Monday to contact someone in corporate and. Let them no to stop lying about how they are in this with us and M how they will help us to get through  this sorry dont mean to drag on on about these lame people and how they lie
