Dissatisfied Customer
The billing for AT&T is so messed up. My bill cycle is from 5/24-6/23. I changed for the 4GB plan $110 a month I changed my plan on 6/2...So I am charged an additional $28 for making that change... Are you freaking kidding me??? THis is why I am planning to change to Verizon.

You are billed in advance for your monthly service. On 5/24, AT&T billed you for your old plan from 5/24-6/23.
On 6/24, AT&T billed you for your new plan from 6/24 to 7/23. However, you also had the new plan from 6/2 to 6/23, so you were billed the difference in price for that partial month.
