I am canceling my account with AT&T finally after months of being robbed by them and useless customer service. I canceled my upgrade and returned the phone(which they confirmed they received moo ok months ago), but continue to be charged every month, along with the fee for the phone I returned never being refunded. I have called and chatted online with multiple customer service reps who are basically useless. I’ve been told it will take “months “ to get any sort of refund?!! Why??! 

Shame shame shame on you AT&T. You disgust me. I am moving my business to another company who cares about their customers. 

I would highly recommend to any and everyone else to do the same. 

I will also be making a report to the better business bureau.

You BBB complaint should have been made right away.

A BBB complaint bypasses CS and is sent right to office of the president.
