Difficult to locate anyone to speak to
As a customer, I am directed to where to select to "contact us", however when "contact us" is selected, the customer must go through a rat race to find a phone #. This is horrible customer service!!!! The least you can do is provide a direct number. It appears that AT& T make speaking to Rep difficult in hopes of forcing customers into keeping their service.

When you click on the contact us link you then have to select your product, whether it's TV, internet, prepaid service or mobile Wireless.
There has been a very full page of online options to get help because calling AT&T when they are reduced staff means a long wait time on the phone.
At the bottom of the page is the option to chat or call. When you select call there is a long list of phone numbers as shown here.
