detailed usage sorted by number contact / frequency of Contact

I know I was able to do this is the past but I can’t figure it out now.

Basically I need my usage details to show how many times I texted/ talked to each number like:
number                  Texts.         Talk
*****        1,728.        263
*****.         55.              78

not exactly like that, but just sorted to where it shows most frequently texted or talked to number.. I’ve been able to do it before. I need to prove how many times I attempted to call/ text a certain place, but they have various numbers and I don’t want to print 50 pages just to show 1 call or text per page.

Make sense? I can find the usage reports but that’s not an option. Is it possibly something that can only be on a PC?
