Data plan during COVID-19 pandemic
The last time I asked this question it was merged with another without my permission. I do not use HOTSPOT so my question should not be merged with a HOTSPOT question. I'm telecommuting due to the coronavirus. Sometimes my internet crashes, and I use my cellular data (not Hotspot) to keep up with my work. Can you extend my cellular data package for free during this global pandemic?

What you are describing is using the personal hotspot option on your phone.
