Customer Service Billing

I have spent 3 hours and 5 phone calls trying to get through to a supervisor....waiting for callbacks, waiting on hold for supervisor just to be cut off after 25 min! Added new line to family plan Dec 1, 2019 for FREE PHONE. Have been charged $20 a month payment for 5 months. Have made countless calls and spent HOURS on hold the last three months including TODAY ! Told 3 months ago charges would be taken off but every fricken month there is a new 20 dollar charge. Last month I just deducted the $80 overcharge when I made my payment and then started getting notices my acct was over due $80. Got my new bill today and not only was there another $20 charge for the FREE phone but a $6 late charge on the $80. I pay ATT ALMOST $500 a month for a 5 cell phone family plan, Direct TV, a home phone w/long distance, and a DSL internet account! Well you know what ATT.... I am going to cancel all my services and give my money to another company that doesn’t have a bunch of brain dead (Edited per community guidelines) working for them that can not manage to Get ONE (Edited per community guidelines)ING THING RIGHT! In my 71 years on this earth I have NEVER dealt with such incompetence and horrid customer service. That’s what you get after being a Loyal customer for 30 years. I am going to pay the correct portion of my bill and then they will be closed and a complaint filed with the FCC and Better Business Bureau. GO POUND SAND ATT THAT IS IF YOU ARE EVEN CAPABLE OF DOING THAT!
