Credit still not showing and need to pay bill

Carlton from ATT social media kindly reached out to me and promised an immediate credit to my bill. It's been 48 hours and my account has still not updated to show the credit. The same balance is showing. I shared I had a combined bill (landline, dsl, cells) and I am sure this is the issue. But I really want to pay this bill minus the credit promised. Can someone please help me?

Not likely. Unless Carlton or someone else from ATTHelp reaches out, no one else here can apply the promised credit. Even if someone does reach out, no guarantee they can apply the promised credit any quicker, if you are getting it at all. It’s also possible someone higher up than Carlton denied the credit. You should plan on paying what was billed. Paying anything less just risks getting service suspended. If the credit finally does get applied, your next bill will just be that much lower.

Well, since I was contacted HERE about the credit, and told I now only owed "xyx," I am posing the question now here as well.
