Credit not received
I was told on March 16, 2017 my case number (***) was reviewed and approved for me to receive the iPhone credit on the promotional offer in October. I mailed 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 5 in October 2016. When I talked to the customer service they had advised it was approved and the credits would appear on the May billing statement; however, still not credits. Can you please help will me receiveing the credit that I was told I would receive? Thank you

Once a case is approved for a monthly recurring credit, it can take up to 2 billing cycles for it to go into effect. I will be sending you a private message to your Forum’s Inbox to gather your information to check on it. Please be on the lookout!
