I made a claim on my insurance for a lost phone, I found the phone the next day and cancelled the claim. The new phone had already been shipped and I turned around and sent it right back as let instruction from AT&T. There is still a 225.00 charge on my account for the brand new phone I sent back. I would like the charge refunded or you can send me the extra phone back because I am not paying for a phone I do not have.
