Continued Billing Issues
I have patiently been waiting for a credit on an iphone XR since May 2019. I have had countless conversations (documented through text) with the store manager. At this same location throughout my time as a customer, I have purchased two Apple TVs, a home speaker, ATT Now service, and 2 apple watches. I have also reached out to ATT through the telephone and was assured that credits would be applied and even received a case number and 2 months later I still have not received anything. When I have followed up, the COVID-19 is the excuse for why everything is on hold. Despite this, I have paid my bill through auto-pay despite awaiting an $800 credit for 11 months. I am asking for someone who reads this to do the right thing and resolve this issue quickly.
