Contacting customer service via email?

I have been dealing with a billing issue and now I have a charges over $700 and whenever I call customer service everybody everybody washes their hand and keeps referring me to another department. They assure me that I will be getting that credit and they give me confirmation numbers and asked me to call in 2 says. I even wait more than 2 days and when I call back nothin gets done and they tell me the same thing. The adjustment is pending and the back office will approved it. And again the same cycle repeats... I get a confirmation number and they ask me to wait and then nothin gets done. I’ve been dealing with this billing issue since September/October and no one wants to own this issue. I used to email customer service before and they seem to be more efficient when it comes to issues and owning their mistakes. I know no one wants to fix this because they have to adjust about $700 and I get pass around or hang up many time. I’m done!  How can I contact customer service via email ??  Anybody know?  This is getting too redicules and it’s been time consuming. I want to see if I reach customer servía via email I have better luck. Help !!

When did you email customer service? ATT does not do customer service via email. There is no customer support email address. Are you talking about Directv? They used to have email. Anyway, there is no email address now. If customer support is not taking care of your issue and you need to escalate, file an FCC or BBB complaint.

It's possible that you aren't due a credit and no one wants to make your angry by telling you that you have to pay $700.

File a complaint with the BBB. You will be contacted by someone with the authority to issue that large of a credit...if they choose to.

Thank you for your message. And no. They’re not DTV charges. They’re wireless charges. I’m being charge $700 for a non return phone. I had file a claim with a insurance department. My phone was acting up so they “mail me a replacement” but when I got the box via FedEx.... the box was empty with no phone inside and from there this mess started!  What’s the BBB??
