Consumer fraud/ Identity theft?
I tried to get a iPhone 6 Plus almost a year ago now, after I paid 171.91 cents to pick it up in the store. I get all the way to the store and the guy tells me I have to give him 500$!!! I didn't even have 300$! Ha! I asked that he cancel the order and service because it hasn't even been 24 hours and i didn't even get to see the phone! A week later I start getting bills in the mail. Funny thing is, the bills weren't even in my name, just under my social and address 🙄 I've called multiple times and always either get transfered or hung up on. When I finally got through I'm told I have to pay 819$ for a phone I never touched and a service I never used. I've had this collection on my credit for a year, ALMOST 1000$! I can't even get direct tv now! I LOVE DIRECT TV! Going to print out arbitration forms now.

Hello @Dj115384,
Having to pay for a product or service you didn’t use is certainly not a good experience to have. I would love to help look into this!
In order to take a look into the account, I will need to send you a private message. This will be so we can gather more information, and get this figured out.
I hope to hear from you soon!
