Claim Cancelled, Deductible Billed
I had put in a claim for a new phone with Assurion. I called to cancel it before receiving new phone. When new phone arrived, I sent it back in original packing. I called Assurion to verify they received it back and the claim was cancelled and they agreed and made note of it. I was still charged my deductible on billing month cycle #2. If I don't pay the deductible, our phones will be shut off. I have been getting the run around on the phone for TWO MONTHS! I cancelled the claim at the end of July.
