Charges
I was charged $81 the day I ordered my phone (I had an upgrade available).. That was Jan. 16th. I just received a bill showing an upgrade charge, as well as a late fee charge. I paid my bill the 23rd, which I do every month. It wont give me a breakdown as to what the $81 was for, so I'm a little confused what these different charges are for.

81 dollars was tax for the full retail value of the phone which must be paid at the time of purchase

What charges don’t you understand? When you upgrade, you get charged an upgrade fee. The late fee should be self explanatory. That means your previous bill was paid after the due date. If you don’t believe you paid late, that should be easy enough to prove. As noted above, the $81 paid when you ordered the phone was sales tax. You should have gotten a receipt, did you not?
