Charges for services not used.

July 12th 2022 i got unexpectedly incarcerated, I didn’t get to cancel/suspend my subscription before i went in. You can imagine the debt it built in that time. I see that ATT keeps track of usage and I’m wondering if there’s any way they would alleviate the debt. This is my business phone and I need it to make money.

they arent going to waive charges whether you used it or not . if services were shut off the only way to restore is to pay the entire bill to zero. at&t had no clue you were incarcerated and they dont monitor phones for usage.

Sorry, it doesn’t work that way. You get billed until you cancel whether you use the service or not.
