Charges for a phone I don’t have.
For the last two months we’ve been charge for a phone that we do not have. Called loyalty/retention services and was put on hold for over an hour twice. Both times they said it’s been taken care of after we show the receipt that the phone was returned however we’ve been over charged $35 for two months. When will we get this back when will it show as a credit on our phone bill

Hello @sxlynch,
We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're being charged for this wireless device that you returned. We'll be sending you a private message to request account information shortly.

I, too, am paying for a phone we don’t have. I’ve made over 15 calls to AT&T customer service as well as sitting for over an hour and a half in one of their stores trying to get this resolved. AT&T says I need to contact FedEx and when I contact FedEx they say they I need to call AT&T. It’s been 2 months and no phone yet. You need to have a lot of time and patience to get help because wait times for Customer Service can sometimes be over an hour.

@Baymax2 and circumstances like yours you should file a Better Business Bureau complaint. There is no excuse for any business billing you for a product that was lost by them or the shipper. You are not responsible. Your complaints will be forwarded to AT&T upper management who will call you.

Reason why I’m ditching this company is because they have terrible customer service and they charge people for things that we don’t have anymore. 6 years is enough. Switching to Verizon in a few months

Me and my wife got phones at target first of which was suppose to be under her name now she has 2 different bills. My phone don't work after I tried to put a SD card in a PUK SIM number worked. Now att has no record of my phone number and won't renew me one even the both phones are warranted. My wife's poem is beginning to be fixed but I sitting for 3 weeks, I was at t-mobile never Nad a problem. I need a new phone and sim card, I'm not have a 36 month contract with no phone Nothing but a run around. I talk to att the say bring it back to target and target tells me I have to go through att warranty.

AT&T has to have the worst customer service -- I guess they are in competition with Comcast. They have never once resolved an issue I have called about and very often the wait time is in excess of an hour.
