Charged someone elses bill

I’ve been on the phone for hours trying to figure out why I was charged 209.16. After being transferred to 4 different departments, I was told my cc was charged for someone else’s  bill!  I still have not bern refunded. I’ve never had this happen with any other company! I wish another company was available for internet. I would change in a minute!

File a dispute with the bank.

Any incorrect charge should be disputed with the bank. 

If you also pay At&t, you will need to use a new payment method.

Wow !!!! I’m not surprised,this company is full of false promises and employees that are trained to give you the run around . I’m sorry this is happening
