Charged Multiple Times for nothing i am from Dubai

hi  My Name is Mir,

and i want to know why i have been charged from my debit card 3 time in a row.

the amount is 4346.58 AED. i am from Dubai and i want to get my money back asap. 

or how can i contact ATT someone who can resolve this issue.
