Charged for ~$500 in international calls I did not make!

I tried explaining this to the customer service chat manager that my mother has been dealing with people from Nigeria who have hacked her phone and stolen her identity. I have even contacted the FBI about it.  This is a fraud, scammer, hacker situation - however you want to call it. The rep ignored my concerns and just asked "is there anything else I can help you with?" repeatedly. I need help with a representative that will actually listen to what I am saying! Please help!!! Has anyone else experienced this and gotten a resolution?
