charged AT&T K006 9986 ESTOR
On the 8/2/2016 I just got the same charged AT&T K006 9968 Estor for $617.29, my bank will refund the money however the moral to the story was that every times my husband and I called AT&T to get details to the of what was charged on our account. It seem like no one/any employee at AT&T couldn't help nor provided us any useful information and kept directing us to different departments due to lack of knowledge of the company as a whole. Obviously, the transaction was being made by AT&T, if AT&T does not know what is being charged and how to track each of your own (AT&T) Transactions. How did your consumes trusted your business? Lucky we are not your customer and we know this charged was fraudulent. How are you (AT&T-company) going to deal with the fraud? Are you protection your consumers identity? The reason why I asked all these question my card that was being changed the billing address that they provided you does not matched with the current billing address because we had moved several months ago. We also got charged at Walmart.com on the same day but for some reasons Walmart does a lot better job than AT&T. Walmart was able the resolved the issued and stop the order process . Please don’t send me the genetic letter and wasted your time on the letter, just put your time how you can track your transactions better and we know that so many are also effect by this fraudulent charged.

could I get the phone number of AT & T? I am also a victim of rupees(india)14258.92 to day USD209.15 at about 9.04 am without any transaction and one time password for fulfilling the transaction. now my credit card company says they will take complaint after two days of happening the transaction. please forward me the no. of AT & T estor bethlehem PA to me on message to ***or ***.

@luckyrollie Att didn't make the charge and doesn't have the money. Dispute with your card company.

it was got charged, if my card service bank didn't give my balance back to
me, what should i do at that time, and three days back it got charged with
1 $ but it's failed. please help me out on this.

I am so sorry you are having these billing issues. I can understand how frustrating this can be, and I would be more than happy to help!
With the charges, have you been able to contact your credit card company to have these charges disputed? They will be able to track and report any fraudulent transactions, and in many cases be able to block the card. This would be your best resource to keep your information secure and protected.

Yes i have contacted them and blocked the cards, and presently in dispute..
they are asking to wait for 4 months to resolve this dispute.

same happened with me also they again tried to spent one dollar on the same day but could not be succeeded because the card was blocked. however yesterday my card company took my complaint.

I just received a fraudlent charge from AT&T K006 9968 ESTOR BETHLEHEM #6289 of $71.70. I called the number lsited in the forum and the representative said she can't do anything for me. I have repeatedly disappointed in AT&T and its service.
