Charged $238 for accidentally making an International call
Charged $238 for accidentally making an International call
Generally I use other apps to make international calls. On March 17th, I have made a 40min call to a friend in China without realizing what i was doing. I did not have a international calling plan at that time.
Is it possible to adjust the charge to what it should be with a calling plan? Heartbroken at the bill.

Is it possible, yes. Is it likely? All you can do is call and ask but don’t wait, once your bill is generated, it’s too late.

Unfortunately for you, accidental doesn't count because the charges are valid. You might get AT&T to help you out a little bit, but it's unlikely they will erase the entire $238
