How do I change address on phone account?

That's a great question.

You can verify and update the billing and primary place of use (PPU) addresses for your AT&T accounts using myAT&T.

  • To Change the PPU address:
    1. Go to Profile > Contact info.
    2. If you have more than one account, select wireless or home phone account from the dropdown at the top.
    3. Select the Address tab.
    4. If you have more than one device, select the number to update.
    5. Under Place of primary use, select Edit.
    6. Enter and save the address info.

 

  • To Change your billing address:
    1. Go to Profile > Contact info.
    2. If you have more than one account, select wireless or home phone account from the dropdown at the top.
    3. In the Billing address section, select Edit.
    4. Enter and save the information to get a verification code, or temporary PIN, and verify the change.

 

 

If you account is less than 30 days old and/or your first payment hasn't been processed, you won't be able to update the billing address on your account.
