I have recently moved to a new building and my profile will not allow the proper address.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your myAT&T profile won't allow you to update your address.
Are you receiving any specific error messages/error codes after you've entered your address?
Have you already made sure that your full address is formatted correctly when it's being entered?
