Change Billing Cycle
I have a Wireless AT&T account that I pay ON TIME every month to receive such horrible service! I’ve been trying to change my billing cycle for FIVE MONTHS now and have been getting the run-around. Every time I call the wireless service number [(800)-3310500] to request my billing due date to be changed, the representative tells me the change will take up to TWO billing cycles and I have been waiting for FIVE with 1 additional request in between. I called again tonight and they tell me again, they have no records of this and will have to wait another... you guessed it! Two months! I want to know if there’s ANY WAY this problem can be fixed or is AT&T just paying their incompetent staff to give customers the run-around?! This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere and I’m two seconds away from dropping everything and heading to Verizon!
