Cancelled a wireless order and still no refund
I placed an order for wireless service and it was $238 for the taxes and such which was deducted from my bank immediately. An hour later I cancelled the order and I received a message saying the Order was cancelled and I wasn’t charged but I definitely was charged and now it’s been 2 days and my money still isn’t returned. I’m furious, nobody will help, I get bounced around customer service and told different things every time. I just want my money back!! Is this typical practice to hold people’s money because they cancell an order?
