Can AT&T help me through this COVID-19 pandemic?

Due to this pandemic I have been out of work sense March 20. Yes, I have been maintaining my account with you by borrowing from here and there. But I have came to my last resort, which is seeing do ATT&T something to help me. I have been customer for many years with you all.

The 'no late fee/no disconnect' policy ended on June 30.  As stated, you're option now is to  Make A Payment Arrangement

This forum is not customer support. Sorry to say, you won’t get the help you seek here. I don’t believe calling will do any better. Other than late payment arrangements, ATT is not providing financial assistance to my knowledge.
