Business Account to Personal Account

I originally had a personal account and my husband and I opened a small business, so we changed to a business account.  I had a wonderful rep who was easily accessible and always willing to help.  He stopped responding to my attempts to contact him and I have been left hanging for over a year.  Every time I try to do something with my account it is a hassle.  Is there a way to go back to a personal account?
