bogus collection notices from AT&T MOBILITY

My dad is getting bogus collection notices from AT&T. His account is long closed and paid. I paid the 1st collection company "Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC" $77.85 on 12/1/14. He got another notice from "EOS CCA" on 12/17/14 for $242.28. And again from "AFNI" on 6/28/15 for the same amount. PLEASE STOP.

Is there an AT&T account number stated on these notices. You could then contact AT&T customer service about the account to determine if the notices are legit. Did your dad cosign on someone else's account? Why did you pay the first one if the account was closed and paid?

@nicole7 This is a user helping user forum. For help, you need to contact AT&T directly or you can send a private message through this forum to @ATTMobilityCare. If anyone can help, they can.
