BOGO free Dec 2017

I would like to see if there are other people who have this issue. AT&T can't explain this to me where it makes sense.

 

I purchased 2 Samsung S8 Active...BOGO free in Dec. 2017.  I pay monthly for 2 phones and then a credit back every month.

 

We are in Dec 2019....phones should be paid off....

 

Per AT&T.  One phone will be paid off Dec 2019 (24 month contract), the other phone was on a 30 month contract and won't be paid off until Aug 2020.

 

Feels like a scam.....

It’s up to the buyer to make sure phones are on the right installment plan on day 1.  It’s too late now to change it.   Read what you sign.

The new options are 30 months, or 15 if you pay an extra $5 for “Next up” to upgrade early.
