BJ'S IPhone $700 off and $250 Giftcard Problem
After making a deal with the AT&T salesperson in BJ's in June, I have yet to receive my $700. I traded in two IPhone XRs and received two $250 gift cards for both through AT&T rewards, but haven't seen the $700 trade-in reflected in my bill. Instead, I never even received a confirmation number after sending in the phones, and I didn't believe that I needed to take a photo of the invoice before sending it out. I have insurance on both packages, but after being in contact with the AT&T branch of BJ's, I've been going in circles for months. I was told because it wasn't shipped to the right place, even though I used the packaging provided to me, I'm not entitled to get my money back. I have no idea who to contact and I feel like I'm never going to get the money I deserve. I just want to know what are the next steps I should take.
