Billing
I had a bill due June 6th I rescheduled for June 15th paid it. Now here we are June 24th and it still shows I owe for June. They are threatening to shut my service off. I don’t know what to do. I literally have payment confirmation.

If you had a bill due June 6th, paid the 15th, you would have a new bill posted already, before the 15th.
Does your online account say that you owe for one month or two?
Paid on the 15th how? Online?
