This forum is not customer support. No one here can see your bill to answer. If you are a new customer and looking at the projected bill, don’t. Those projected bills are notoriously wrong.

Customer service summary is the absolute most useless thing that Att insists on mailing to new customers. It does not include any of the discounts that are built into the plan..
Your first bill would still be high. It will not include your auto pay discounts with your $10 per line it will not yet include any promotional credits on phones..
First bill would have activation fees, and your first bill includes a partial month plus a full month of service.
My first bill with AT&T or Verizon is always double a normal bill.
