Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help with this. Are you currently on paperless billing? If so, you should be able to change it by doing this:


  1. Sign into your myAT&T account.
  2. Go to Billing & Payments.
  3. Scroll and select Change Billing & Payment Options.
  4. Select Manage Paperless Billing and follow the steps provided.
  5. You may also need to update your address under Update Billing Information.

If you're unable to make the switch to a paper bill, please let us know.
