I went into a store and asked for my bill to be lowered. I paid off a phone that I'm still being charged for! I've emailed, chatted and talked to many, many live humans who said they would credit me and fix my bill. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING HOW THE NUMBER GOT TURNED OFF IN 5 SECONDS, BUT MY (Edited per community guidelines) BILL HAS YET TO BE FIXED SINCE DECEMBER 31ST!! HOW CAN I GET THE RECORDING FROM THESE PEOPLE I TALKED TO LIVE AND GET THEM FIRED??

Did you get a receipt?
How did you pay?

If you pay off a phone, that should be done online. As far as I know the option to do it in a store ended some time ago.

If you cancel a line that would automatically make any installments on that line do in full immediately. Is the line that you canceled and the phone that you paid off the same?

Please look up previous bills To get a better picture of what happens. Gather your receipts and go back to the store That made the mistake in the first place.

Hello, @armyman197076,

Thank you for reaching out on this. We'd love to help you get assistance on the phone you're still being charged for. You'll need to go back to the AT&T Store. They should be able to figure out what happened for you.

Have a great week.
