I canceled my service last tuesday and they told me immediately every service would be canceled and no more charges. Right after I couldnt use my service anymore
Now I got an e-mail that I have to pay another month, another 50$ even though I dont have a plan booked
Dueday would have been friday but like I said, I canceled tuesday.
Please help

Are you sure they're not billing you for the month that you currently used? The way cell carriers bill service, is during the month of use. If you were already partway into a bill cycle, you would get a bill and be expected to pay for the full month.
When you were canceling postpaid service oh, you should always cancel a day or two before the end of your bill cycle not at the beginning of a new cycle
