Billing to my art bill for in app purchases

I'm trying to change the theme on my phone and with my galaxy s6 edge plus I was able to have it added to my bill. Somehow I'm not able to do so on the s8 edge+

Please help

First, may I ask if you are having issues purchasing the app or utilizing the application on the new S8 edge + phone?

 

If the issue is purchasing the app, you will want to make sure there are no purchase restrictions. Please use this link to manage your Mobile Purchases. In addition, you may want to check out this excellent article, which provides detailed information regarding Mobile Purchases and subscriptions.

 

In the event you are having issues with the actual application, please follow the useful guide provided through the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Make sure to select your phone’s make and model > Device/Software > Apps. There you will find great troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem.
