Billing Question

Hi ATT Team,

In 2018 I have requested ATT team to disconnect my ATT mobile service on November 2018 and I paid all the dues related to my phone before requesting the disconnect. Post disconnect I received a bill for 53$ and I have been told the service was not disconnected, after connecting with the customer support team (Michael) he told me that the amount has been waived off and confirmed there are no pending dues. I can forward you the chat conversation(if needed). I got a call today from an unknown number requesting to pay the amount using a credit card/bank account, can you please confirm by checking my account to make sure there are no pending dues.

Note: I have been more than 10 years of ATT customer and never missed a payment. My account number ((Phone number hidden)).
